Welcome
The A.P.C.C. was created by sabotaged employees.
Provable evidence shows publicly stated commitments have been breached. We propose to bring a solution to avoid furth action.
Provable evidence shows publicly stated commitments have been breached. We propose to bring a solution to avoid furth action.
At The A.P.C.C., together, we are committed to promoting diversity, inclusivity, respect, and honesty.
Together, we stand against violations of NJLAD, retaliation, blackballing, falsification of payroll & employee records, deliberate omission of facts, unfair promotions, tampering, misrepresentation, fraud and more from Covid-19 to April 2021.
At Will Employment does NOT support these unethical actions in New Jersey... Publicly stated commitments and promises must continue.
How is there a 3-way commitment with only 2 representatives out of the 3-way commitment present and involved dating back to 2016 and especially in 2020 after the criminal act of embezzlement occurred?
IStar stated publicly, they are first and foremost dedicated to the City of AP! Which one out of the 3-way commitment was left out and what role does the community play regarding the Asbury Complex? IStar is committed to the community of AP, no matter who operated or operates the Complex, It's first and foremost the community of AP.
A particular group of corrupt individuals with leadership positions took it amongst themselves to sabotage local employees while there was no community representation to assist with IStar's publicly stated commitments.
More than a dozen local employees were sabotaged, wrongfully terminated, blackballed, slandered and more since Covid-19, while the actors remain employed. The promises and commitments have been breached with the assistance of a corrupt HR dept from July 2020 to April 2021.
Non-local employees in leadership roles intentionally sabotaged employees from Asbury Park and Neptune NJ, as evidence retained, confirms proof of such, from July 2020 to April 2021.
Local employees were never provided a representative on behalf of the community, IStar publicly stated they are committed to, which would have prevented these actions from taking place between July 2020 to April 2021 after the criminal act of embezzlement, leading to other situations.
After the criminal act of embezzlement, local employees were left to fight for their employment and were attacked for their positions and employment by non locals, while no one from IStar checked in with the local employees from Asbury Park and Neptune and never had Community representation present in place on behalf of the Community of Asbury Park NJ, who IStar states they are committed to.
These actions were preventable before May 2021 had there been a committee or group to represent the work aspect in Asbury Park at the Complex. This has nothing to do with any company that managed or manages the Complex. This has everything to do with the publicly stated promises and commitments to the Asbury Park community by IStar, which was/is supported by the City of Asbury Park NJ Government Body. This is in the interest of what was represented to us, "the Community".
This is clearly a resolvable issue between the community and the ones who stated they are committed to the community of Asbury Park NJ.
“iStar is first and foremost dedicated to the community of Asbury Park. We are committed to doing our part to continue to drive Asbury Park into the future as a City for people to live, play and work". Brian Cheripka, senior VP, land and development of iStar. (publicly stated)
We echo and fully support the recent statements published in the Coaster Newspaper on April 2, 2024. Community Involvement is important, and the community should have been involved in the work ratio and employment aspect long before May 2021 as IStar stated publicly "live - play - work", which was recently turned into "live - stay - play". The word work was completely eliminated against the future commitments stated in writing.
IStar is dedicated and committed to the community of Asbury Park NJ, not the property management companies.
One simple meeting with IStar could have resolved this issue a long time ago, instead it was allowed to brew as the local community employees maintained the upkeep and cosmetic look that drew great attention from multiple media outlets.
We have a proposal to bring a solution to this overseen mishap that is a winning situation for all involved, and to stay on the right track with the publicly stated promises, commitments, and dedications, that were represented to the community of Asbury Park publicly, on multiple occasions..
Any other developer would have made The Asbury hotel into condos, as was the original plan. Istar initiated a program to train and hire local residents that’s employed hundreds there (Asbury Complex) and at Asbury Lanes.
May 8 & 22, - June 12 & 26, - July 17 & 31, 2024
Meetings are held at the Council Chambers on Bangs Ave, across from the Post Office in Asbury Park NJ
NJ has a 6-year statute of limitations for misrepresentation
